Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently complete interior conceptual design and design deepening; undertake the drawing of main drawings; complete interior conceptual design, approval scheme, preliminary design, and construction drawings;
2. Responsible for technical connection with LDI company;
3. Provide design support for the headquarter designer, answer any questions of the headquarter designer, such as China's specifications, etc.; report to the customer on behalf of the UK headquarter or act as a translator for the UK headquarter designer to report to the scene;
4. Responsible for MARKETING's work in China, including but not limited to: company publicity, media interviews, seminars, etc.;
5. Responsible for the development of design business in China, including but not limited to developing new customers, expanding new projects, finding information on bidding projects, and participating in bidding work;
job requirements:
1. Have more than 5 years of work experience;
2. Experience in interior design of large-scale commercial buildings, large-scale office buildings, hotels, etc.;
3. Very proficient in revit, cad, indesign, photoshop and other software;
Have good reporting and communication skills; have good project management skills and team organization skills, which can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of the team;
4. Have very strong self-management ability; have very strong emotional control ability; own driving force; be able to travel frequently and work in short-term different places; be able to adapt to high-intensity and high-paced work;
5. Very fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Those with first-class registered architect qualifications in China are preferred;
