Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with the project leader to complete the design project;
2. As the architectural design head of large-scale projects;
3. Independently complete the design creation and design deepening; undertake the drawing of the main drawings; complete the architectural design concept scheme, approval scheme, preliminary design and construction drawing;
4. Responsible for technical connection with LDI company;
5. Cooperate with the project leader to visit the site, listen to customer demands, and listen to the requirements of government departments such as the Planning Bureau;
6. Provide design support for the headquarter designer, answer any questions of the headquarter designer, such as China's specifications, etc.; report to the customer on behalf of the British headquarters or act as the translator for the British headquarters designer to report to the scene;
7. Responsible for MARKETING's work in China, including but not limited to: company introduction, media interviews, seminars, etc.;
8. Responsible for the development of design business in China, including but not limited to: finding new customers and new projects; looking for information on bidding projects, participating in bidding work, and suppliers;
9. Report to the Chinese project leader.
job requirements:
1. Have more than 5 years of work experience in an architectural design company;
2. Experience in large commercial buildings and large office buildings, super high-rise buildings, urban design, etc.;
3. Very proficient in revit, cad, indesign, photoshop and other software;
4. Have good presentation skills and communication skills; have good project management skills and team organization skills, which can greatly mobilize the enthusiasm of the team;
5. Have very strong self-management ability; have very strong emotional control ability; be able to travel frequently and work in short-term off-site offices; be able to adapt to high-intensity and high-paced work;
6. Very fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

8. Those with first-class registered architect qualifications in China are preferred;
