Job Description
1. Develop Company Business, obtain design contract for Darrenn.
2. Look new clients for Darren; Establish long-term business relationships between Darrenn and clients;Let Darrenn become more clients’supplier shortlist.
3. Establish good and long-term relationship between Darrenn and more Tendering&Bidding Agencies.
4. Marketing for Darrenn ,such as wechat and Weibo of Darrenn.Give speech or academic report in relevant meetings.
5. Maintain client relationship,
6. Prepare contract and tendering documents.
7. Assist superiors to deal with daily tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or better in Architecture, Planning, Landscape or other relevant subjects;
2. Professional, hardworking, can go on business trips regularly.
3. Fluent in English
4. Have a good knowledge of business manner, good coordination, communication, responsibility.
5. Good at analysis and discovery, integrated in the market
6. Familiar with Office, Photoshop, Indesign and other common administrative softwares.
7. Passionate, out-going and a good team-player
